Stayed in this hotel in August 2013. Great central location. It was great value for the peak season with some guesthouses charging double the amount. The rooms were clean and very spacious, they were a little outdated. The breakfast was not great, average, they charged extra for a cooked breakfast. There is a lovely seating area looking directly down on Eyre square. The bar area is really nice. The carvery food is lovely. I would definitely visit again!
