Michelin stars are usually given for the food but I found the staff here worthy of a Michelin star too. From the very polite person who took my booking over the phone (including a friendly call back) to all the staff on the night, they were very professional and deserve some of the credit for the name Aniar is achieving. The food is a display of high culinary skill and the cooking techniques alone require hours of prep cooking time to create each dish. I wouldn't invite anyone who is looking for meat and two veg but if you know someone who gets a delight from interesting ingredients and unusual tastes and textures, then you should bring them immediately. I was disappointed with my main because the pork neck I had tasted a bit dry and chewy compared to the other delicious dishes we had. However, the very complete wine list and value for money for this type of cooking is excellent and I'll be back in the future for sure.
