“unbelievable value for money”
Reviewed May 28, 2013

We went there for lunch with our 3 kids and ordered 2 of the 2 course lunches for 9.90 to share . We had loads of fab food satay was so tasty. Kids loved sweet and sour pork and we had duck spring rolls and spare ribs . The quality of the food was excellent. The waitress was more that friendly and even brought some miwadi for the kids. I thought that it was great value and an excellent service. Lovely linen table cloths, sparking glasses and cutelry. I would def go again.

“Evening meal”
Reviewed May 21, 2013

We had a very nice evening meal here. We both had starters - aromatic duck with pancakes and chicken satay skewers (very good portions) followed by 2 main meals which didnt disappoint either. We also had a bottle of red wine. This meal cost approx 70 euros.
Although this restaurant was appealing to the eye it lacked atmosphere and didnt really seem all that oriental.

“Not so good!”
Reviewed April 22, 2013

We ate here yesterday evening and have to say myself and my partner were very dissapointed. We both ordered curry dishes - he had a chicken curry and i had a thai chicken curry. Both dishes were very watery and lacked flavour. Portions were small and for the two dishes and two cokes we were charged €38 - defianlty not worth it and we would not return.

“Ming garden. It lives up to its name... Minging”
Reviewed April 19, 2013

It was terrible the chicken was tuff the rice was all stuck together and to top it all of we where given the bill without asking in the middle of dessert. Then we asked for tea which had been turned off even though we where still there. We would definitely not recommend it.

“Never fails to impress”
Reviewed March 28, 2013

Took junior here today. I had the lunch special - starter & main course with tea/coffee for 9.90. He had spring rolls (delicious I'm told) and the Chicken Chow Mein (a half portion which was huge) I had duck spring rolls followed by beef in black bean sauce with fried rice. All very good. We will be back!
