Stayed here one night with my family, lovely modern hotel with really comfortable beds, staff very friendly and helpful, good location just a few minutes walk to shops and bars, just one problem our room service breakfast came without napkins, salt and pepper and sugar and with some errors in our order but when I phoned reception this was corrected swiftly, would stay here again.

Room Tip: Ask for one overlooking the harbour otherwise you maybe overlooking the car park.

I stayed here twicw in the last few weeks once for my sisters birthday where we ate in the restaurant. The Food was fab the restaurant itself was lovely and our waitress was just fantastic i think here name is Tina.

The second time we stayed here was for the may bank holiday sunday night, Galway is the place to be brill weekend.
One member of staff stood out, He's name is Kevin he was a trainee on reception and he really bent over backwards for us running all over the hotel looking for condtioner for my sister.
The only negative part for me of this hotel is that the residents bar shuts at 3:30 am not good when your still thirsty.

Beds are really comfortable

Stayed here last weekend as part of a small hen group and couldn't have been made feel more welcome. A tad off the beaten track in terms of location, but less than 10 minutes walk to town centre so fine with me!

Staff friendly at each encounter, especially the Night porter/Night Bar staff who were polite and curteous despite the time of night/morning!

Breakfast Hot & tasty, Bed sooo comfy and shower was great.

Carpark for just €5 was a steal and our request for 1pm checkout was confirmed without hesitation!

Ate dinner in the House Hotel up the street which is a great choice for groups - food was delicious and good value!

If I had to nit pick - the bathroom needed a bit of a lick of paint, bath chipped and the edges of the mirror was a bit unsightly. Also, our room looked onto the Carpark - would try to opt for a better view next time!

This aside, I would definately return to this hotel! Great choice!

Stayed here for 2 nights, the room although a bit on the small side was clean with a comfortable bed. The bar meals were of good quality but slow service. You have to pay a concesion of 5 euros for the parking per day but the car is safe just outside the back door and its cheaper than elsewhere. Hotel is on the edge of the docks (not very busy) which is slowly been improved and the marina is close by. Main part of town is only 5 streets away with so many bars and places to eat you would need a year to get through them all. Galway is a great place and this hotel will be a good base to visit it from.

Stayed over the May bank holiday and had a fantastic time - great location, just a few minutes from everything, twin room was fine for our brief stay, clean with comfortable beds, shower was a bit tricky to get working in the mornings, restaurant food tasty, menu lots of variety and meals well presented, service excellent, breakfast buffet had lots to choose from - cereal, fresh fruit, yoghurt and the usual makings of an Irish fry-up - scrambled eggs and mushrooms particularly nice :-) would stay here again :-)

We stayed in the Harbour hotel over the bank holiday weekend. The room was on the smaller side but neat and clean. We had dinner in the hotel one evening and the food was good but the service was poor. THe hotel is very handy to get into town and is about a 2 minute stroll from the hotel. Would recommend the hotel for shorter trips and would probably give the restuarant a miss the next time.

This hotel is easily accessible by road and the city is easily accessible from the hotel (5 mins walk to eyers square).

The hotel was filled by a hen party our first night but surprisingly we wernt kept up by them at all. The room was small and not exciting in anyway but the bed was comfortable. The bathroom wasn't nice at all and felt quite cramped.

The bar was lovely and the rest of the hotel is decorated really well. The staff at the front desk were very efficient when checking in.

I would stay here again but more for the location than the rooms.
