I stayed in this hotel recently and couldn't sleep because of the noise caused by rowdy guests. Staff didn't seem very concerned when I complained and when I asked for another room said none was available. I visit Galway regularly for work purposes (mostly at weekends) and I must say that noise in hotels is a big problem in general but was particularly bad in this hotel. Needless to say I won't be back!
