We decided to try this seemingly popular cafe for lunch during the week. We were just seated and settled and had barely looked at the menu when the waitress very hastily asked for our orders. I asked her to give us a few moments and she unwillingly gave us a little more time. Our food was served promptly. In fact we felt it was quite rushed and the waitress made you feel you were a hinderence rather than a valued customer. The food itself was disappointing and not worth the price we paid. There are plenty of cafés who provide good customer service and good quality food which should be the norm in any establishment. The Gourmet Tart Company certainly did not leave an impression on us and really need to step up their game. A friendly smile goes along way!!!
