Just returned from a 10-day tour of Ireland - where we stayed in a different B&B every night. By far this was our favorite. From the warm welcome from our host Patty to the beautiful view of the sea from the front window. The home was very open and modern and our room was very comfortable with a great shower. Very comfortable bed. We took the bus into Gallway City - traffic was a nightmare so we were happy to have the bus. Breakfast was delicious! Patty was the perfect host - there if you needed info but not intrusive on our time. Wish we had planned to stay longer - would definitely stay here again. Thanks Patty!

We had a wonderful stay in Galway at this fantastic B&B. The rooms were well equipped and spotless. But the deal clincher is Patty, the most wonderful host. From her warm welcome when we checked in to the spectacular Irish breakfast every morning, she is like your ideal "Irish mum away from home". No reason to look any further if you are staying in Galway.

Our stay at Woodville was a great experience. Patty had a wedding on our arrival day but made absolutely sure someone was there to welcome us and some welcome it was: warm and very caring. The next morning Patty was up early and kind of 'running' and we enjoyed her great Irish sense of humour over a wonderful breakfast.

We then forgot to bring our key for the day and couldn't get in.. a self-inflicted inconvenience which was solved smothly by Patty.

And last but not least: as we walked part of the Western way we left the bulk of our luggage with Patty for 6 days! On our return trip to Dublin via Galway she took our bags to the bus station and was only too happy to do so! All for free.

Thanks Patty for a wonderful and welcoming stay in your lovely, clean, comfortable B&B. We would highly recommend it!

This was absolutely the best experience I have ever had. The B&B was beautiful, clean (with fresh towels provided daily), amazing breakfast, helpful, sweet and just amazing hostess, and with an amazing view of the Galway bay. I stayed for 5 nights and felt at home. We had a car but we took the bus one day from the city centre and the stop is very close to Woodville! The price is very competitive as well. I couldn't have asked for anything better. Patty was the sweetest and very helpful, not to mention she makes a killer Irish Breakfast with great potato pie!!!The wifi was perfect and never failed once. I will be going back again 100% and I highly recommend staying with Patty if one is in Galway ❤️.

We stayed here recently and have to say we really enjoyed our time. The house has a lovely guest lounge with conservatory from which to see the great views of the bay. Our host Patti, was beyond helpful and we had a great nights sleep. The breakfast in the morning was very tasty (again with great bay views from the dining room). They house is a great location to base yourself when planning to visit Connemara and Galway. We will be back.
