A great dinning experience in Galway. Oscars was closed on a Sunday and we were given this place as a recommendation and it didn't disappoint. We had a great waiter, full of Irish hospitality. The food was delicious, mussels fresh and fish beautifully cooked. Wine list wasn't bad either. I can highly recommend going here!

For our first night in Galway, we dined at this restaurant at the suggestion of our hotel's concierge. Me dined on sea bass and it was delicious. Service was attentive and the atmosphere cosy. We would definitely come back to this place. A bit hard to find but well worth the search.

Just to add to the positive comments others have written -- I wanted to say that this seafood restaurant serves really fresh and lovely oysters. A must if you're an oyster-lover!

Set around the corner from the touristy Quay Street down an alley. Sat outside in a old stone square - great location. Food and wine were excellent - actually recommended to us by another restaurant that was full. Actually good value - no difference to the host of restaurants in Quay St.

My husband and I had dinner here last night. It was almost perfect. The salad was fresh and the dressing was about the best I've had in Ireland. I had the salmon and he had the hake. Both suberb. A few veggies would have been nice without having to order separately. Dessert was ok. On a scale comparing the food to dessert would be a large difference. €98 for dinner for two, one desert, one app and half carafe of wine.
