One of the best meals I've had in a while. Very good service, delicious food. Good atmosphere, nice n warm and live music and the place buzzing. We were visiting from uk and local colleague recommended this place. Not cheap but overall food value- would definitely go back.

We were welcomed warmly when we arrived, cocktails were excellent, i had a Bellini which was great.
As a largeish group (14) we had a "taster" menu which was a great idea as it took all the guesswork out of selecting dishes, the choices we were given were excellent and a great opportunity to try dishes i wouldn't ordinarily have gone for.
Not the cheapest Thai meal i've ever had but the quality was superb and the service just right.
Would definitely go back when next in Dublin.

I went for Dinner here with some friends on Saturday the 17th of November. We were welcomed by the hostess and brought straight up to our table. The table was situated upstairs in the front under the window. It was a nice cosy atmosphere. But the table was more suited to sit 8 people rather than 10. Luckily there was seven petite ladies in the group.

The staff were very friendly and attentive. The restaurant is authentic Thai Cuisine. There is a good variety of choice on the menu. The starters go from 8 to 15 euro, The main courses are 18 to 24 with extra charge for rice. The desserts were around 7 euro. There is an additional 12.5% service charge. Which I have no problem paying a tip but 12.5% i think is a bit rich in the current climate. Especially if you are in a group of people drinking plenty of cocktails and wine etc at high prices already. The cocktails were all around 10.50 each.

Starters

Hoi Shall Gang- 10.50 The scallop starter consisted of three on the plate, cooked to perfection and quite satisfactory.
Satai Gai 8.00- The chicken satay skewers were four kebab skewers with satay chicken, no garnish. The chicken tasted good and was nice and tender.
Larb Ped- 8.95The shredded duck was like yuk sung you would get in a chinesse, which was shredded duck, chillis, scallions served in iceberg lettuce leaves, there was three of these served with a shredded carrot garnish. I tasted this and felt it needed additional seasoning as it tasted quite bland. It was worded alot better on the menu-
Crispy Aromatic duck was served with sliced leeks and celery, plum sauce, and plenty of pancakes. This tasted fantastic and we went for half of the duck as we were sharing. There was plenty to go around.

Main Courses
Goong Phad khing- 19.50 This was a stirfry with tiger prawns, shitake mushrooms, ginger and spring onions, This tasted very good and it was a decent size portion for main course
Rendang Nua - 19.50- the beef was cooked to perfection, it is not for the faint hearted as it does have three chillis on the menu. it was very hot but tasted amazing.
Gaeng Massaman Kae- 22.50 This was a braised lamb curry served with sweet potato and onions. The sauce was beautiful and the lamb was very tender. But highly recommend this dish.

On in all i had a good experience in this restaurant. I would think it would be a bit pricey in relation to the portion size. Especially when you compare it to other thai cuisine restaurants. But we all had a very enjoyable evening and would return again.

There was a two piece band playing really suitable background music. Which would encourage you to stay longer for drinks. But the beverage prices would not encourage you to stay their drinking.

I went to the restaurant as part of a large group and the place was fairly busy even for Halloween in Ireland. The service was attentive and the waiters were helpful in explaining food choices and options. The quality of the food was excellent. I'd definitely visit again when in Dublin and I'd certainly recommend others give it a go too.
