We've been a few times and always enjoy our meal. Food is good and quality of meat etc is very good. Service is good and the bar is v nice for a drink beforehand. Always look forward to going back!

We recently ate two meals at Kinara and both were fantastic. The early bird special is good value and offers various options. The service was excellent and we highly recommend this restaurant!

Had a very delightful evening recently in Kinara. The 3 of us had different dinners and tried each others food. It was divine. Can't wait to return soon.

Kinara never fails to disappoint. Delicious meals, but can prove expensive if you don't avail of the early bird option. Ask for a window table as beautiful scenic views of Clontarf bay. Main meals beautifully presented in Denby style pots. Staff attentive and helpful.Real pity KInara Clontarf does not have a take away service though...

I'm sorry to report rather negatively about this restaurant. My wife and I, along with our wheelchair-bound nephew, booked a table last night. On arrival, it was quite difficult to manouevre the wheelchair to the table as the restaurant was quite packed. Customers were very understanding, as I nudged a couple of tables trying to reach our reserved table. The first things we noticed after settling in were the noise and the heat. Because the single dining room has no pillars or curtains to absorb sound, the many voices created a very loud din. My nephew, who as a result of his affliction has some difficulty in hearing, was lost here and conversation for the duration of our stay was limited to a strict minimum. Then the heating ... we asked whether there was any air-conditioning but were told that it was broken. So there we sat in a sweat, unable to engage our nephew in any meaningful conversation.

To make matters worse, we waited for almost an hour between starter and main course because, apparently, one of the mains was accidentally burned and had to be re-done.

The food itself, when finally presented, was good but none of us would ever go to this restaurant again. We told the waitress our concerns at the end of the evening. She was very pleasant but it seems our comments fell flat.
