Description: Pearl Brasserie restaurant Dublin opened its doors on the 7th December 2000. Our first objective was to build a team with a hunger to learn and a passion for detail. The same hard work was being asked of our Irish and continental suppliers. So we were able to get the best Irish and French produce on a daily basis. Culinary ingenuity and skill from the kitchen combines with warm, welcoming, professional service delivering one of Dublin’s premier fine dining experiences. Our head chef/patron Sebatien Masi was awarded Best chef of the year 2017 by Georgina Campbell’s Guides, Pearl Brasserie continues to perform at the top of the game in Dublin. Bon Appetite

This restaurant has a welcoming atmosphere and serves good food - the waiting staff whom appeared to be French were knowledgeable about their food and wines. We dined on foi gras and fresh salmon both excellent. I finished off with some cheese and my dining companions had a chocolate sphere with rasberry sorbet and creme brule which looked great. Their Loire Sauvignon and their Merlot Silva were also good. A pleasant dining experience

looks tiny from upstairs but huge basement with lots of nooks and crannies. Very pleasant atmosphere, nice staff, one waiter a little eccentric but overall a good experience. Tempura prawns v good but stone bass main course pretty small with weird mixture of noodlers/veg/sauce. tasted ok though, other fish and steaks well received by colleagues. Great wine list if expensive.

Went on a romantic dinner up on arrival we received a warm and friendly welcome from the manager Monica then had a drink in the bar and got seated in a private booth. The service was friendly and very attentive spot on. Food was excellent and between every meal we received a wee treat complimentary. The decor and the atmosphere is just perfect! Will be back for sure!

Superb food. Atmosphere is wonderful with a setting and service to match. The barman was especially outstanding. Alex, a Frenchman living in Dublin, knows his booze and brings out the best in the staff.
This is something very special and should be appreciated if only the once.
We'll be returning.
