La Mere Zou is nestled beside the Anglo Irish Bank building & The Cliff House restaurant on St Stepens Green. The food is great and thier early bird menu is great value. If you are looking for classic French cuisine with a bit of flair; then I would recomend La Mere Zou.

I had a lovely dinner with my parents and 11 year old daughter at La Mere Zou. We were going on to the National Concert Hall so we ordered from the pre-theatre menu. The selection was excellent and each course was lovely.

I had the spiced beef starter with celeriac and mustard, the salmon (with creamy and delicious mashed potato) and a parfait of white chocolate with cinnamon and plum compote. The sweetness of the white chocolate was cut by the plum and cinnamon - delcious. Overall, a very fine meal in a very comfortable and cosy restaurant.

The service was impeccable - courteous, knowledgeable and quick. The toilets were fine.

I've been to La Mere Zou a few times years ago and was very pleased that it is as good as ever.

Really excellent food. Service is a nice blend of warmth, enthusiasm, and professionalism, along with some well justified pride. Highly recommended.

Food was excellent! this was booked for a family member's 60th birthday and it did deliver something very special. The only reason I didn't give it four out of five was because of the service. We were left waiting for a long time between courses and for the bill at the end.

I've eaten here a bunch of times with my fiancé and his parents. It's a really lovely restaurant - the food is fantastic and the service is great. The location is also perfect on Stephen's Green.
