I started out with the oyster stout and wow was it fantastic. We went with 9 people and all of us had some really great food and drink. We watched one of the Uefa Euro games on the big screen upstairs it was one of my favorite pubs in Dublin! If you are going, have an oyster stout, you won't be disappointed!

I absolutely love the porterhouse for live music. The bands are cool with many talented musicians. They play a range of music from jazz to rock with up to 6 musicians playing at once. The bouncers are friendly. The staff are friendly. Its well planned out with an elevated stage. I regularly go here. Highly recommend!

Not just they have on tap the best porter and stout we've tasted in whole Ireland, Porterhouse is buzzing in a right way.

My husband and I spent our last night in Dublin here. My husband is a huge craft beer fan and we always try to find places that have a large selection of beers. This place was top notch. We had about a 25 minute wait and the hostess told us we could sit at any level and grab a drink if we wanted while we waited and she would come find us. And she certainly did, we were up a couple levels and before we knew it she was walking around the whole place until she found us. Great service! There are about 4 open stories of tables, bars and beers everywhere. The food was also fantastic as was the band. If you like beer this place is a must go! If you want some great food but not a bar, they do have one level that is food only and does not have a bar.

Easy access. No reservation required. Very good food always freshly made and great atmosphere.Recommended to everyone for any occasion or just for (not so quick) lunch or diner.
