Description: A luxurious Michelin restaurant. One Pico is located beside St Stephen's Green in Dublin 2, next to all the major hotels, it is also just a 2 minute stroll from Grafton Street. Ideally open 7 days for both lunch and dinner with an extended lunch taking place on Sundays. One Pico has a well earned reputation as one of the very best restaurants. Run by restaurateur Eamonn O'Reilly. Head Chef Ciaran McGill cooks wonderful seasonal food with an ever changing menu. Service is lead by General Manager Andrew Scott and a wonderful wine list is compiled by Sommelier Arnold Legat.

i went here for a business dinner, and we went quite early (and therefore could have got the pre-theatre menu). We ordered off the main menu, and in the meantime were offered home-baked bread, amuse bouche and a pallette cleanser - all before our mains arrived, and all free of charge! I had the most delicious langoustine risotto,a nd then a lychee, rosewater and grapefruit souffle - absolutely exquisite! i expected the bill to be quite big, but was actually no more than every other restaurant we had been to! Well worth a visit - staff were super friendly and courteous.

Could not fault the food but value for money was not great for a late group e.g. Charged separately for sides for a group of 40 already paying a high per head charge.

I visited one Pico with some clients on the 30th of May 2013. I hadn't been in while. The room is much nicer than I remember, i think there must have been a spruce up in the not too distant past. The staff were very welcoming and professional. I liked the fact that they mentioned "jug of water" rather than the usual opening gambit of "sitll or sparkling"; that just drives me mad. So it was a good start. A lovely choice of 5 styles of fresh bread was offered - always a good sign. I had double helpings. Great attention to detail and wonderful flavours. I'm really looking forward to going back. The restaurant is suitable for luxurious business lunches, a chat with a friend or a nice meal with your wife/partner. It would not really be for young children but I'm sure sophisticated young paletes of 7 years or older would enjoy the experience too.(but they would need to stay in their chair!)

Went for lunch at the weekend and it was fabulous. The lunch menu, 3 courses for 2 or 3 courses was excellent with plenty of choice.
I opted for the fois gras with toasted brioche for starter followed by the pork belly with scallops for mains, finished off with a dulce de leche panna cotta.
Everything was absolutely top notch. The fois gras portion was big as were the two slices of brioche. The pork belly accompanied by three perfectly cooked scallops and various other savouries was wonderful and so tasty! The dessert, served in a whisky type glass, was just ok.

My partner had the ham and black pudding terrine, followed by the beef cooked a couple of way and again, everything was excellent and full of flavour.

I would thoroughly recommend this restaurant if you’d like a gourmet lunch that won’t break the bank.

We had a fabulous dinner at One Pico. The restaurant is open seven days per week so you can have this wonderful dining experience any day of the week. To start we had the langoustine risotto which was superb and the black pepper beef carpaccio was paper thin and delicious. We both had the pork belly entree which was beautifully presented and terrific-crispy on the outside and "pull part with your fork" tender. The desserts were beautiful to look at and divine to eat! One Pico is on a side street off Kildare Street-truly a gem!
