We had a fabulous dinner at One Pico. The restaurant is open seven days per week so you can have this wonderful dining experience any day of the week. To start we had the langoustine risotto which was superb and the black pepper beef carpaccio was paper thin and delicious. We both had the pork belly entree which was beautifully presented and terrific-crispy on the outside and "pull part with your fork" tender. The desserts were beautiful to look at and divine to eat! One Pico is on a side street off Kildare Street-truly a gem!
