It isn't easy to have a varied vegetarian diet when travelling in Ireland. I'm writing from ten years of experience, and while it is getting easier, it does take some effort. Cornucopia offers vegan and vegetarian options. I find the food flavourful, and the portions filling. It's a busy place, so it can be a bit of a crush, but for 10 Euro, I can get an entree with a selection of salads. All that flavour and crunch and substance is worth a little mayhem. The vegan slaw alone is worth it.
