We chose to head to Dublin early due to Pride Parade road closures (fantastic parade, by the way), to return our rental. We checked in w/Garrett to see if he could accommodate an earlier arrival. He got back to us very quickly, checked in w/his house keeping crew, and then his wife met us there early. If you know Dublin streets, driving through them is tough enough - tougher yet with closures. So thankful that he got back to us so quickly, and that they were able to make it work. The location is about as central as one could want - all sorts of restaurants and pubs right there, shopping and sight seeing locations all within walking distance. The apartment is clean, well kept and had everything we could have wanted. The view out the windows is something else, too. We traveled with a 12 and 14 year old, and the twin beds in the second bedroom were appreciated. When we're back again, we look forward to staying here again - and, we'll recommend to anyone staying in the area.
We stayed here for 2 nights for our trip to Dublin and were absolutely thrilled. The location for us was perfect - easy walking distance to everything we wanted to see with an abundance of bars and restaurants round about. The apartment comfortably accommodated our group of 5. It was very clean and tidy and we were welcomed on arrival. The communication from the owner was outstanding. All 5 of us would definitely recommend this apartment to our friends and family and on my next visit to Dublin I would hope to be able to book it again.
We only stayed for one night, but would have loved to stay for longer. The apartment is in an excellent location, really handy for the Temple Bar area. Garrett has been really helpful throughout the booking and we were met at the apartment by Guilherme, who showed us around. Will definitely book again next time we plan a trip to Dublin.
We loved it, such a great location and beautiful view. Would stay again. It was close to everything! Very centrally located, we could walk to most places and was on the bus line.
Fantastic place to stay for a Dublin City Centre stay, located directly opposite the entrance to Dublin Castle, on the edge of Temple Bar, 10 minutes walk from Grafton Street and O'Connell Street.
The apartment is situated on the top floor, serviced by a lift, of an old building with windows looking over the street towards Dublin Castle and was comfortably furnished for 4 adults. Missed a TV at breakfast time but let's face it, it's unlikely you'll be heading to Dublin planning to spend much time in front of the box.
Everything is within easy walking distance of the apartment; pubs, restaurants, visitor attractions, shopping, all the essential sights...and pubs! Location is on a busy road and due to proximity to Temple Bar there can be some noise into the early hours; we were in Dublin for the Ireland v Wales football match and there was a lot of noise and singing right through the night.
Garrett was excellent in his communication before and during our stay and has prepared a lot of visitor information on the immediate and wider area. He also arranged someone to meet us at the apartment as we didn't arrive until late. All in all we had a fantastic weekend in an affordable, comfortable, ideally located apartment. Only the football let us down!!!
Fantastic location, great beds, everything you need for self catering (or pretending you might).
We loved our two night here and felt as if we could just move to Dublin. The cozy apartment was perfect for us and even had a new washer/dryer.
I loved hearing the streets come alive in the morning and the church bells ringing. If you are there on a weekend DO bring earplugs as there are no walls thick enough to drown out the revelers from the pubs.
