"I am writing this reveiw from my lovely comfy single hotel bed!!. We arrived at 8am yesterday and had arranged to have a breakfast, the restaurant is open to the public, so you have a menu to choose from with something to suit everyones pocket!.

I haven't written a review before, even though we have stayed in countless hotels around the world, But I feel that this hotel deserves a mention!.

My husband is blind and disabled and I usually mention this on an email first, to make sure that a hotel can accommodate us, but somehow I didn't mention it this time?. The staff were great, they changed the room we were going to be staying in, to make it as easy as they could for us.
My husband can managed one flight of stairs, and it was worth it to us as the room is very easy to work out for him. It is so comfortable with real quality beds and bedding!. We've had a great nights sleep!!!.

When we arrived, they let us park in there very secure carpark for 10 euro, which is worth every penny, as you need a key to get into the carpark which is underground. The stafff are so lovely and helpful and are a credit to the Hotel!.

We will be staying here from now on!!!!.

Room Tip: "Read as many reviews as you can find, that way you should get a really good idea of the hote...

I was visiting friends in Dublin this fall and via word of mouth recommendation I booked in at the Kingfisher on Parnell Street. I lucked out!

The woman who booked me in was lovely, and took the time to point out the best visitor attractions and cheapest ways to get there - from top to bottom she was happy doing her job and made everyone in our party feel welcome and at home. She inquired about our day and had a vested interest in being sure we had the best experience both in the b&b and throughout Dublin.

We ate breakfast every morning at the Kingfisher as it was included in our stay and grew to feel like we were part of the furniture! The Kingfisher is teeming with locals of all generations who are clearly return and loyal customers. The food was piping hot, and the service above par for that of which we recieved on the rest of the trip. Our group happened to be a bunch of foodies and the manager (and daughter of the owners) gave us a list of fabulous establishments for us to try for dinner each evening. She was honest in her reviews, and we valued every ounce of advice given-she was just one of a plethora of staff who were both helpful and accommodating

The room was just what we needed, a safe, central, secure place to sleep - and the location made it handy to walk everywhere from Stephens Green to Temple Bar

I am recommending this spot to anyone who is looking for traditional, genuine Irish charm, and a warm welcome on their stay. It's a hidden gem I feel you will love!

Room Tip: Ask for rooms not facing the street - or if staying in one of the apartments ask for rooms with bedr...

I went on a post Christmas break in Jan to Dublin. I had been warned that staying too central in Dublin is pricey and you get ripped off however I have to say I got an amazing deal for myself and 4 friends to stay there. We rented an apartment which was beautiful! Had plenty of room esp for 5 girls!

We ended up eating there for breakfast and dinner throughout the 3 nights and it was so amazing. Got on first name basis' with the staff which were just lovely so it made it more fun (got plenty of tips on where to go out!) and the food incredible! Huge variety on the menu, chicken wings and sole were especially good for me!

The space we had in our own private apartment, been in the centre of everything and amazing food and workers right outside made it so relaxing and good! I'd highly recommend it to stay and eat!

Room Tip: They have a B&B but we were a big group so got the apt which was perfect for all of us, we could...

Picked this up from a website they are more apartments than rooms with an oven and fridge ( switch that off at night its noisy) basically over looking the street so there is a little noise but ideally situated seconds from O'Connell street where you will find Madigans and Murrays which are both good pubs and a ten minute walk from Temple Bar. The breakfast was outstanding

Comfortable little hotel right in the city center, excelent location. The room was clean and spacious, but there were no toilet amenities such as shampoo. Marvelous breakfast and very good value for money.

my son and i stayed at this hotel friday night. it seemed basic but was actually perfect. it was so central, i was afraid the noise would keep us up all night. but it didnt and the beds were very comfortable. i would highly recommend this hotel for its location and its price. if i was to make one tiny quibble, it would be that i would like to see and hear Irish staff. saying that, everyone we met were v polite and welcoming. i'll be back!

Room Tip: we were in room 5 and it was grand. the rubber strip on the fridge was broken but we didnt need the...

Reasonable price and great if you enjoy being with the real life and away from the tourist mobs. Pretty basic -- but who wants to stay in the room??? Close to the hop-on hop-off tour bus which is a must for seeing the city, and an easy walk from the main sights.

Room Tip: Surprisingly quiet, despite the location.
