10/10 Excellent, delightfully presented. Tommy displayed a deep knowledge of Irish history and explained the exceptionally complicated history of Ireland division and troubles in a way that made it almost common sense.
Four days in Dublin, this was the highlight for me. Would do it again and would recommend it to anyone and everyone else. There is no higher praise

Not much to contribute that others have not already said, but I did want to give a special note to Gavin Finley for his fascinating commentary and effortless humor.

Recommend this as fascinating introduction to city. Guides are graduate students at Trinity College and ours knew his material thoroughly and maintained good balance of information and activity (crossing busy Dublin streets with 20 North Americans looking the wrong way can be a challenge!). Be sure you join the right group -- some undergraduates have walking tours just through Trinity College and Book of Kells.

Tommy seamlessly moved across Irish history as he led us through a tight geographic circle downtown Dublin. Informative, very responsive to questions, we both learned a lot today. Would recommend the tour without reservations.

Tom is a fantastic guide. Led our Rick Steves Europe group round the various sights in Dublin (south of the Liffey) with a lucid narrative and consummate skill. Very entertaining commentator. A history graduate of Trinity College himself, he's still teaching part time. As a history lecturer myself, I'm more inclined to listen to fellas like Tommy as I know they understand the 'ins and outs' of historiography and historical method. Tom won't dazzle you with BS but you'll get the straight skinny and enjoy a laugh at every stop. Highly recommend this guy.
