This place was great. The room was nice with comfortable beds, bathtub and a tv. It was fairly cheap and great value for money. The receptionist (both actually) was really helpful and could answer all our questions. Great place!

Thank you for your feedback. At Dublin Citi Hotel we are always trying our best to provide the best customer service possible. The room are regularly inspected to make sure everything is in place. We have a 24/7 maintenance and housekeeping staff to take care of all our customer needs.

Having an in house bar and restaurant is an added bonus to our guests. We have live music with well known bands everyday. In addition, all the guests get free entry into the nightclub and also great offers on food and beverages.

We greatly appreciate your feedback and hope to see you soon again.

I have always found Dublin Citi hotel reliable in terms of rooms and free wifi access. It is also very central and staff are helpful and friendly. It is an excellent base from which to explore Trinity College Dublin, Temple Bar and Grafton street, amongst others.

I would never stay here again! This place is dirty and it smells. The location is good but it's not worth staying in such a filthy rundown place. There are stains on the walls, the carpet is gross and coming up, and pretty much all the furniture is damaged. I don't mind older places as long as they are kept up. This place is not.

You know how charming is often used as a euphonium for small? Well, our room at the Dublin Citi Hotel was charming! But is was also clean, cozy, and comfortable! There is nothing one bit cookie-cutter about this hotel and it added to the depth of our Dublin experience. Waking up from a nap to the muted sounds of the traditional Irish music in the bar downstairs was just an added bonus.

Room Tip: Ask for upstairs and in the back because the music can be loud.

Even though we arrived several hours early (and cold and hungry), the room we requested on the third floor in the back was ready for us. We took our bags up before heading to The Trinity Bar for bowls of tomato soup and ham, cheese, and tomato toasters. The ambience of our room, reception, and the bar are exactly what we hoped for.

I stayed in this hotel recently - the receptionist was very pleasent, i could not believe my eyes when i got to my room - just inside the door the toilet and shower area (no bath - not enough room for one) i measured the width of the area leading to the bed - it was approx just over 4ft. leading to the bed which was up against the wall beside the window. i tried the television which had only one channel so i rang reception in which the receptionist informed me he would be up to give me another room. the second room had 2 beds, bathroom with bath/shower and more roomy and television worked. But if you are fearful of small spaces some of these rooms are way too small. I went for breakfast the next morning at 10.00 and the lad on the reception took our order, came out with the tea and coffee (nice lad very humerious) but had to answer phone at reception, take in orders from delivery men and look after our breakfast. 10 minutes later breakfast was served and not the waiters fault but the rashers, tomato, hash browns were over done. I picked at a small bit and left the rest. I looked/and booked the hotel on the internet which showed lovely pictures but did not live up to the pictures shown. But the staff were very friendly. Dont think it is worth a second visit....Sorry

Room Tip: If you are booking dont ask for single room.

We appreciate your patience and time for the review of our hotel. Being located amidst the busy streets and central locale of Dublin, Dublinciti Hotel has a lot of advantages coupled with some disadvantageous. The weekends tend to be noisy due to the crowd on the streets as well in the night club attached to our hotel. The weekdays are much calmer. Being an old and historic hotel, we have done our best to equip the rooms with all the facilities. Each floor has its own WLAN router for speed and connectivity. We at Dublinciti Hotel are trying our best to better the amenities in our hotel.
