Brian and Julie made our stay at Annandale exceptional.
They accomodated us with our late arrival and made us feel at home.
Room was clean, large enough to be comfortable and had a very nice bathroom.

-Within walking distance to a great local pub (three blocks away) with great atmosphere.
-And very close to Dublin.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Guaranteed great time with great stories from Brian and conversation with Julie!

I stayed here recently with three friends on our first trip to Ireland.
Our hosts, Julie and Brian were marvellous, entertaining and helpful.
They oriented us to Dublin and the rest of our journey in a fashion that ensured a fantastic adventure for each of us.The home was centrally located allowing us easy access to the city centre while giving us a quiet retreat when we needed it . The sleeping quarters were clean, modern and comfortable. The breakfast and service was impeccable.
Look no further, start your trip in Ireland at Annandale, you won't go wrong.

The Annandale Bed and Breakfast is a great place to say and only a ten minute bus ride to the City Center. When you arrive Julie will you an overview of the neighborhood and how to get into the city. She gave us a card with the bus routes that go to the neighborhood so it was easy getting back, even after a few drinks. The rooms were comfortable and clean and the breakfast was good.

I recently stayed two nights at Annandale BnB. I have nothing but good things to say. Great location, accommodations and hospitality. It was clean, friendly and wonderful breakfast. If you want to see the sites of Dublin ask Julie....she will tell you all the amazing places and things to see.

Stayed at Annandale House BnB in Dublin recently. Very pleasant place to stay. Convenient to bus transport, 10 minutes to city center by bus. Had parking but was in quiet neighborhood. Julie and Brain were very good hosts. Excellent breakfast.
Would highly recommend it for a nice place to stay in Dublin.

I was staying in Dublin for 2 nights with my girlfriend and I must say we were completely satisfied. The bed was very comfortable, the bath was almost new and it was only a 10min bus ride to the city centre. Since it was our first visit to Ireland, we were not quite sure which B&B we should book for the next days. Julie was very helpful with that and even called several people for us. Brian was also very nice, and we felt very welcome in their home.

Annandale b&B is only a short distance from Dublin by Bus which my wife and I used quiet often.
I would recommend that you buy a 3 or 4 day pass .
We have stayed at Annandale B&B three times over the past two years and cannot speak more highly of Brian & julie.. we have travelled through southern Ireland ,staying at B&Bs and in comparison we would give Annendale B&B 10 out of 10.
Brian would entertain us at breakfast with his Irish jokes and on many occasions have taken us up to his Irish pub "The Goose" to have a few guinnes's and to meet his friends. Nothing is to much trouble for Brian & Julie as they were always helpful and provided any information we required.
We now regard Brian & Julie as our irish friends and not just our hosts .

I read the review put up by Lily 2309 titled "never again" and can only say that there is more to the story that they stated and i am sure that anyone who have read the other reviews would take the comments of Lily 2309 as absolute rubbish.
