After making our booking over the phone, we arrived a bit early, and as she said Julie the host allowed us to leave our luggage in the guesthouse, so we could go into Dublin Ciry Centre and enjoy such a beautiful city, with a nation full of wonderful polite and friendly people.
The next day we got up to a really nice breakfast, plenty of tea, coffee, toast and cereals. And then a really filling "Irish Breakfast". This consisted of egg, bacon, black pudding, white pudding, tomato and two sausages . . . . makes my mouth water, typing in these details mmmmmm.
The bedroom was very very clean, a very nice shower and toilet room ensuite to the bedroom. The bed was very comfortable, and as someone who has travelled to many places, this is the most comfortable I have felt in any hired bedroom all over Europe.
Julie and Brian are very warm hosts, and both of had a great sense of humour which immediately makes you feel at home, and welcome.
Their knowledge of Dublin and Ireland in general, is unbeatable which we found so helpful.
Their guesthouse is just a short walk to buses to the city centre and Dublin Aiport, and compared to UK bus fares, the service is quite cheap to use.

Is there anything to improve the guesthouse? So simple to answer, a massive big NO it's perfect

Will we arrange to stay at Annandale Bed & Breakfast again?, well this answer is big massive YES . . . the only thing we can't answer at this moment is when?

This was the best B&B by far. Julie was so great and personable. She was very helpful with tips about Dublin, what to see and what to avoid...The place was wonderful and clean. Our room was nice and the Irish breakfast was amazing! Overall everything was very comfortable and it was in a great location close to the bus line to head to the city center. I would highly recommend staying at the Annandale House!

Great location. Julie was a wonderful host. so helpful and her suggestions on what to do were great. i do not have anything bad to say about our stay at the B&B. The breakfast was wonderful and Julie was willing to make special food at your request. The room was comfortable and clean.

A wonderful introduction to Ireland. Our hosts, Julie and Brian were most welcoming and friendly, and provided us with a wealth of information and assistance. Breakfast was delicious and our room, although small, was extremely comfortable and clean. An ideal location situated midway between the airport and Dublin City Centre which we reached after a 5 minute walk to the bus stop and a short 10-15 minute ride. We spent 4 delightful nights here and returned for our last night after three weeks of driving around Ireland. The warmth with which we were greeted made us feel like we were returning home. We could not have asked for better hosts. Thank you Julie and Brian for a fabulous stay.

Very good location for airport and only a bus ride to city centre. Bus stop is a good 8 minute walk from the house with restaurants and bars another few minute further on.
The rooms are quite small but well equipped. Breakfast selection was a bit limited (no offer of fruit, yoghurt etc) but what was provided was very good. We had 3 very goods nights here with an excellent host.

A wonderful stay near Dublin City Center! Julie was a very warm, friendly, welcoming hostess. We enjoyed talking with her and she was a wealth of information. Room was very accommodating and comfortable., breakfast delicious! Location was a short walk to the bus stop for convenient service to Dublin City Center, and a short 10 minute easy ride to Dublin airport. Parking was limited and very tight! Would definitely come back!

Julie and Brian were great! With all the tips and advice she gave, we were in good hands. They really made us feel very welcome. At the breakfast table we made some new friends. Their B&B is close to the city centre and in a beautiful area, nice for just relaxing and taking in your surroundings while walking. Once again thank you so much!!!
