Description: Le Petit Parisien was born out of our genuine love for French fare. The bakery, the patisserie and the unique culture that is the French coffee shops of 1920s Paris. What we set out to create is a slice of Paris life, a warm corner of aromatic France in the heart of Dublin. Our Irish team of bakers and chefs, using state-of-the-art equipment with the best of traditional know-how and the finest quality ingredients, we believe, we’ll delight our customers with an authentic serving of France. We offer the choice to eat in or take out, So whether it’s breakfast, lunch or an evening treat fresh from our bakery, we want our customers to be seduced by our food and romanced by our environment. However, even though our organisation is genuinely a microcosm of the world, the welcome awaiting is truly Irish. We have two locations: 17 Wicklow Street, Dublin 2, and the Top Floor, Powerscourt Townhouse Centre, South William Street, Dublin 2. Come say Bonjour !

We had good baguettes here for lunch, our only comment being that the fillings were a bit too "designer" - I think they would do better to stick to the more straightforward kind of fillings that you get in Paris. But enjoyable nevertheless and very friendly service.

Ate her with my sisters on a recent shopping trip to Dublin... Was recommended by a friend. Small cosy type french coffee shop... Decor very french, was easy to imagine we were in Paris!! Beautiful selection of french pastries on the way in, didn't try any as we were here for breakfast. Had viewed the menu online... But were very surprised with the difference in price... Full breakfast on the website was €8.95, but €13.50 on menu! Other items also more expensive than quoted on website! I went for the french toast with crispy bacon and maple syrupy... I was disappointed... French toast lovely but no crispy bacon... Two rashers not well cooked The only joy was the fabulous coffee... Will visit again... Premises small so be prepared for a wait if busy!

The pastries and coffees were lovely, although they seemed to have crammed too many tables into a small space. We still enjoyed what we had and it was a good place to stop off whilst shopping.

Looks lovely from the outside with fresh baguettes and bread, that's where it ended. OK, it's small and packed, didn't mind that either, added some atmosphere. Ordered our food, 1 baguette and 1 Quiche, other tables came and went, no sign of our food at all, finally after 30 Mins the food came, Baguette dry and tasteless same with the Quiche. Asked for the bill twice! Second time waiter said it was coming, watched the waiter behind the bar folding serviettes and the girl chatting away to someone not a customer, had to go to counter to pay, dreadful! Never again for us!

We were on the Hop-on Hop -off Bus in Dublin & my wife spotted this cute café just before we got to our stop so we walked around for and decided that we would try it out..it was worth it the lunch we had was fantastic. And if your like me an you have a sweet tooth you will be salivating at the pastries, cakes and fruit tarts. Glad my wife spotted it. I Highly recommend it its worth the trip and easy to get to.
