Travelling home yesterday from Dublin to London & stopped in here for a bite to eat & a drink with my Mum & brother. Was 12.45pm and the first thing we were told was there was no food, not for another half an hour anyway. WHAT?? Lunchtime, Monday, in an airport & you've no food! We sat down anyway as we had an hour & a half to kill. Ten minutes later we had to go to the bar to order our drinks. And an hour later we left without one single person coming to our table, asking us if we were OK, if we wanted another drink, any food......NOTHING.

Place is a complete shambles. I also managed to fall over on the way out as there was a pool of water in the middle of the restaurant. Dublin Aiport's official website doesn't even list it, I'd pretend it wasn't there either to be honest!

Not only was very little left on the menu, the chicken salad was dry & salad dressing completely tasteless. Ugh, couldnt eat it & it was expensive. Starving, no bread included. Staff were very helpful though.

We waited twenty minutes for the waitress to take our breakfast order. By the time she finally came over to us after many attempts to grab her attention she informed is breakfast finished ten minutes ago. We wasted twenty minutes sitting there to be told we couldn't have the one thing we wanted and were told we could have when we initially arrived. Ridiculous place!!!

Went for breakfast here recently and had an awful experience. Place was badly understaffed so it took an age to seat us, longer again to take an order. The food arrived promptly, though no challenge there with a pre cooked breakfast. Our breakfasts arrived without our ordered teas and despite two requests both of which were curtly received by staff we had finished our breakfasts before they arrived. Awful way to start a holiday but in fairness to the staff probably all a product of understaffing
