Such a lovely hotel! The staff were very friendly, we were greeted with smiles and were able to check in 2 hours early. The staff were very helpful with advising us on travelling and places to go. The room was extrememly well equipped; iron and board, shampoo, body wash, hand wash, moisturiser, a hair dryer and a tv. The pool facilities were great, lovely hottub and sauna, however we were told we had to wear a swimming head cap to use to pool, which ruined it for me. The only slight thing was that we were directly above the bar, which had live music each night, however it did not keep us awake, and as we are a young couple didnt really effect us! The hotel is quite away from the centre, however less than a 5 minute walk from the hotel is a tram station, where you can easily travel into the city centre for about 4euro (adult return). The restaurant was quite over priced, with not a great menu, however it is the only restaurant locally! We didn't eat in the hotel so i cannot comment on the food. There is a McDonalds less than a 5 minute walk away from the hotel, and a petrol station next door. Other than these and the hotel restaurant you will have to travel for food.
All in all, would definitely here again!

This is one of few hotels that I can say is getting better. Very clean and my room was spotless. Free wifi , great pub on site with good food, great value pricing, good breakfast and pool or gym on site. Well done to all staff who welcome you as a returning client and that's always nice to know your Bussiness is wanted.

I recently had the misfortune of coming in contact with the reservation staff of this hotel and i am horrified with the way staff speak to members of the public, not only were they not the least bit helpful but the way i was spoken to was shocking.Safe to say ill be staying as far away from this hotel and its staff as possible

I booked a family room here and got it for €79 - no breakfast. I was surrprised at the size of the room. Nice and big. 1 double bed and 2 singles. I booked it through Booking.com and asked for a cot - but we didn't get one. We made orher arrangements for the baby so it was ok, but we were lucky we had a travel cot with us. The positives are- Clean room. iron, and tea & Coffee provided. Lots of nice towels. Nice beds. Decor very nice. Reception staff lovely on check in and told us about breakfast costs etc.Just a couple of negatives. V. noisey tap when your turned it on-noisy guests coming up from the bar at all hours, and only 1 extra blanket. I felt the cold when the heating went off durning the night and there wern't enough extra blankets. I have eaten here before and the food is very nice. All in all it was a nice stay and great value and I would certainly recommend it to other people. Good location for the luas going into the city. Luas stops only 5 mins walk from hotel. Mcdonals and petrol station just accross the road.

Good location. Bus and LUAS stations within 5 mins walk. LUAS is an easy ride into downtown Dublin and all the sights. The staff was very professional and helpful offering advice when asked. They are friendly. I stayed with my son and the room was a good size and cleaned daily. The cost was very reasonable and I would recommend this hotel.

Shop, McDonalds, petrol station across the road. Bus and luas stations within 5mins walk.
The best thing about this hotel are the staff. They are friendly and helpful. We stayed with three kids. The family rooms are a good size.
I would recommend this hotel.
