I love this place! Beer that makes the local Guinness taste plain (which it isn't! ) and realky good food. I had a pint of Plain Porter which was probably the tastiest beer I've ever drunk and I ate the bacon chop on cabbage which was fabulous. Lovely staff looked after me despite the fact that the place was buzzing on a big sports weekend. Recommended.

All of the Porterhouse bars do a good quality bar menu. Central is my favourite of the locations. Only two real problems, it can be a little hard to get a table and can be a little dark during the day. I would recommend for most types of nights out with friends. They have good beer, good cocktails and good food. Try the chicken wings, pretty good.

Loved the place. Great selection of beers and a band playing blues. If you've had enough of Guiness and Irish music, this is the place to be.

The best part is the roofed beer garden where you can enjoy a good pint from a number of their own tasty brews. the indoors is very spacious and well suited for after work drinks or as a hideout on a rainy day.

A nice lunch with perfectly cooked cod fish'n'chips, and some solid hot wings. Beer is known far and wide as being spectacular.
