Owner description: Are you ready for a 17-storey high? Then bring your adventurous spirit (and your camera!) to Croke Park’s Skyline. Located right in the heart of the city, this thrilling rooftop walkway is actually Dublin’s highest open-viewing platform and offers breathtaking panoramic views of Ireland’s vibrant capital from the mountains to the sea. This Dublin City tour highlights all of the capital’s main landmarks while giving you an insight into its heartfelt history, told in a uniquely charming way by the charismatic Tour Guides. Then of course there’s the sporting highlight – the incredible view from the platform that’s suspended over the Croke Park pitch itself. Multilingual audio guides are available on request to complement the live tour.

Attended in December 2014. While they can cater for 30 in a group our was smaller with just 9.

The tour guide Emma realy make this, she was superb. We didn't use the audio guides and instead just listened to Emma telling us stories and answering all our questions. We also got some extra sights such as the player's lounge and a corporate. Emma is a star!

At the start of the tour you have the option to lock away any bags and valuables and also there are spare jackets. You should grab a jacket, it's cold 14 stories up.

The entrance fee gives you access to the muesum also which is small but is well laid out and has some fun games upstairs.

Had an amazing afternoon here on one of the clearest days of the year. It's truly amazing to walk on the roof off one of the biggest stadia in Europe and view the city from that height. Not to be missed unless the weather is bad or you have a fear of heights.

Who would have thought walking around the top of the roof of Croke Park would be such fun, and educational?

Our guide, Emma has to be one of Ireland's best story tellers. Few of us felt the need to listen to the audio.

Having done the Croke Park tour where you get to walk in and around the change rooms and players lounge areas, onto the pitch etc, these additional things would really have completed the tour. However, the views from the top of the roof were amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!! Of course, you do need to pick the right day/time for a clear view :)

A fun few hours, and you don't have to a sportsperson to enjoy it.

This tour was awesome! The guides are super helpful and it's amazing to be so high up in the sky. It's a unique experience and it was filled with historical fun facts. I would highly recommend it.

I did this on a Sunday morning in November with my girlfriend and my parents. We all loved the tour. I would recommend it for everyone.

The tour cost 20 euro per person and lasted about two hours. You start with a quick briefing and then you make your way up to the roof. You get the lift up and down so there isn't too much walking if that is a concern. On the walk itself you are hooked on to a fixed line so it is extremely safe. Regardless of being hooked on the railings are high so you couldn't possibly fall.

We visited on a clear day and the views were superb. Our guide Emma really made the tour with information on what to look out for in all directions. There is an audio guide in several languages that you can follow but Emma made that redundant for us with her fun commentary.

I would wrap up well for the tour - it is cold up there. Also bring sunglasses if the sun is out.
