Good location short walk to central Dublin, comfy and clean, some rooms showing wear and tear but good value and excellent breakfast. There is a Bar in the hotel and we were able to drop bags off in the morning prior to check in later in the afternoon.

Room tip: Ground floor rooms 40 & 41 are tucked away and were really quiet.

Rooms tend to be large and very clean. Note that there no indoor smoking and it can get quite cold smoking outdoors. Be sure to pack something warm.

Staff are very friendly, helpful and ready to offer local advice and tips (where to eat, what to do, what to pay).

Free, reliable wi-fi!

Great Irish breakfast.

Room tip: Get advise on the taps which can be tricky

Excellent location and very good value for money. The staff were extremely polite, friendly and very helpful, and I enjoyed the stay. The room although a little small was very clean and well appointed.

100% Worth it for the money! Clean and a great location but quite dated furnishings.

Really friendly and helpful staff. We had an early flight and was able to check in around 4 hours early which was great as we was able to keep our luggage in the room and have a walk around Dublin.

Location can’t get an better, close to the Spire, shops, loads of bars and restaurants.

Also quite a good walk to The Guinness Storehouse!

This was a total letdown after enjoying wonderful service and hospitality in all other places we stayed in Ireland. No hot water in shower or sink until the water ran more than ten minutes, and even then it was barely warm, never warm enough! No amenities such as facial tissues, lotion, or alarm clock. When I called the front desk to inquire if any washcloths were available, the reply was simply "We do not provide them and only Americans ask for them." Ouch! And we are not American! Our view was the windows of the adjacent building. Our window was separated from the frame and you could put a piece of cardboard through the separation, so the cool air kept coming in. There were a few steps in the middle of our hallway to lift travel bags over. We paid more than 150 euros per night (with no breakfast) and would gladly have paid more for a better place. Avoid this one!
