Slow service, not attentive and took 15 minutes to get a Jameson, which ended up being free as the waitress forgot to charge for it! Only positive was the food was nice, luckily I got to eat it when it got taken to the wrong table! The owner really needs to make sure they have more staff for busy times, I wouldn't go back.

Ran into this pub to get out of the rain and stayed for the whole afternoon. Atmosphere was lively and the staff looked after us well. Enjoyed it so much that it was a quick trip back to hotel for a lie down, shower, change and back out to try out the food. Result!!! Food was delicious and again staff couldn't have looked after us any better. Great place to visit while in Dublin.

Went to this restaurant on our first night in Dublin, it was close to hotel and looked great from the outside. Was very busy when we got there which is usually a good sign. Waiting staff were originally very attentive and starters were fine. We had to wait a long time for our main courses not that we were in a rush, would have been ok if it was worth waiting for. But noticed that people who came in after us got their meals quicker. Waitress kept saying she would find out where they were, eventually they came, what a let down! I had fish and chips which was ok ( you can hardly go wrong with that) although chips were undercooked and the fish could have been in a more crispy batter. But my husband and daughter had sirloin steak? if you could call in that, they both were unable to cut it even with a steak knife. I have never seen steak so tough, there was no way anyway could eat it, even my dog would have struggled. We complained to the waitress who said she was sorry and then disappeared, we never saw her again. She sent another waitress over who seemed to be unaware there was a problem. No one seemed to want to act on our complaint, in the end we reluctantly paid the bill which was very steep for how little we had, and left the restaurant. Was not impressed at all, if someone from management had at least made an apology or offered something else I would not have minded but it seems if you make a complaint you get ignored.

The bar has 3 floors and the decor is great. We had the cocktail bar floor to ourselves aa a private party. Graeme and Vsai were superb. Very friendly, knowledgeable, entertaining and they got us all involved. We got hot nibbles at the end too. There were 13 of us on a hen weekend and we all said it was a fantastic night. We would definitely recommend the bar the staff and the cocktail making. The best value for money in Dublin. We are going back today for food too. Thank you so much.

Round the corner from our hotel and decided to give it a try as reviews were generally positive. Staff were really friendly, guinness was good. I enjoyed the irish stew - wonderful bread to accompany it too.
