This is the only Starbucks I have encountered that is located on the second floor of a retail store! What a great location! You can sit at windows overlooking Grafton Street while sipping your favorite Starbucks. The employees are very friendly (a common theme in reviews about Ireland). They take pride in providing good service in a comfortable environment. We make it a point to visit this location whenever we are in the area.

If you don't drink coffee but want your soy chai latte, it's hard to find in Ireland. Get it while you can at a Starbucks in the city of Dublin, because you won't see another one for awhile in other cities in the Republic. Actually 2 locations in downtown area. Friendly staff.

I just love the cup of Coffee from Starbucks you are always guaranteed good quality Coffee...not to mention the sticky cakes on offer the only thing I would say is that it's costly but if you want quality you get what you pay for...

I start all my Starbucks reviews like this – the food and drink is all the same - that’s why I go there! As such, I will only mention the quality of the food and drink if it is unusually good or bad. Generally, my review will focus on the atmosphere, location, layout and staff quality.
This Starbucks is located near the busy touristy areas of Graftan Street, Nassau Street and of course, Trinity College. So it is a nice break to enjoy a quiet meal in a relaxing store, out of the hustle and bustle of central Dublin. The store is very comfortable, with plenty of seating and a nice atmosphere.
The staff were very friendly and efficient. Food and drink was great. Wi-Fi signal was strong and consistent. A great place to stop for a snack.
