U2 are an important part of the social and cultural fabric of 20th century Dublin and we hope that comes across in our exhibition. It's true all of us are passionate about the LMoD and I'm delighted it's so obvious. Thanks for your lovely review and come back again next time you are in Dublin. You never know we might have persuaded Bono to be there in person!!

To all those visiting Dublin- The Little Museum of Dublin is a must. The location is perfect and welcoming and the artifacts on show have all been donated by the People of Dublin. The biggest attraction here though is Ciaran -Your friendly Guide. He is Excellent and humorous and you must ask him about the Ducks on Stephens Green. He is welcoming and interesting and I learnt things about my City I never knew. Look out for some of the best artifacts of the 80'S.
I will be going again and I know you will after your visit.

Right on, Ciaran rocks! We think a visit to the LMoD should be compulsory if you are a Dubliner! Until such time as we convince the powers that be of this, we rely on people like you, who completely get us, to spread the word. Ciaran is a fantastic guide with a good laugh thrown in. And as for the nostalgia element of the LMoD, we regularly provide tissues. Come back and see us again as our exhibits do change.

As one of four English adults, recently visited Dublin's Little Museum just off St Stephen's Green and we were treated to an entertaining, compact guide of Dublin's history with volunteer Adam, who in half an hour took a light hearted look at Dublin's past and more recent history. For those not heavily into Museums it was a short enough guide, but very informative, with additional time to peruse other memorabilia on our own. Free tickets were available when using the Dublin Hop on Hop off Bus. Well worth the time if you visit Dublin, particularly at beginning of stay.

Thanks for your generous review. We do boast that we do 20th century Dublin in 29 mins. Occasionally it runs over but it's worth it! We realise that not everyone is into museums and guided tours so ours are the essence of brevity while being entertaining and informative and Adam does it brilliantly.

Great little museum in a super location right in the middle of town. Staff are very welcoming and full of Loved the screening area at the back - lots of old films of Dublin from the IFI archives. We waited there for the tour to commence which was announced with an air raid siren! Really interesting to see how the city has changed and how much has stayed the same. The tour Guide was wonderful and made full use of his audience of local children and tourists. Very amusing and interesting. We were able to sit in a lovely Georgian room overlooking Stephen's Green, munching on sweets and listening to a wonderful potted history of the city. The kids seem to know their history although the guide encouraged their participation with sweets. Impressive results! Interesting for both locals and tourists to visit. Cafe downstairs is very good. Will definitely return.

WE LOVE YOUR REVIEW. Getting such a great review from one of our own is fantastic. We may use the moniker Little but, as you saw, we have lots of things to see and do. Hatch & Sons downstairs have a beautiful array of local food cooked to perfection. We do the informing and entertaining and they do the feeding. Seems to work well so far!!! Thanks for visiting us. Come back and see us as our exhibits do change.

We visited today as four friends. From the moment you walk in the door you can feel the warm welcome from all of the staff. The tour was excellent, really interesting and brought to life very well by Kieran who we thought was wonderfully enthusiastic, knowledgeable and a natural storyteller. Cannot recommend highly enough!!
