We (4 adults) happened upon Mulligans at Sandymount by accident while staying at a holiday rental apartment in Sandymount. We returned every night after a day of sight-seeing to this lovely pub. The staff, especially Gerry and Ian, made us feel very welcomed and served us with a warm smile. The soups, my favorite the tomato basil, were served steaming hot, nice portion, and were enjoyed by all. The bar menu available from 5-9 pm had a nice selection in addition to the wonderful soup. Mulligans Combo was also great as a shared platter if you are not too hungry. The evening bar menu also had a choice of cakes, two of our favorites were the Carrot Cake and Cheesecake. On the weekends the menu and times available are extended. Prices (in euros) for soup 4.75 ; food 8 - 10; and the cakes@ 3.50. I am the picky one in the group and I loved everything I ordered.
