“Love it”

Love the Counter!

You basically get a sheet of paper and fill in what you want on your burger, which meat, fillings, sauce, etc etc.

Try their sweet potato fries, amazing!
Always busy, good value

“The Counter - consistently good”
Reviewed October 25, 2012

Went to the counter in Dundrum last weekend as we hadn't been in a while. We were not disappointed. Delicious wings, great burgers- we had both chicken and beef, and the half and half fries and onion strings were great. We also had a portion of chilli fries - yum ! Good selection of drinks and fast and friendly service. Great for a casual bite and family friendly.

“Create your own burger in the city centre”
Reviewed October 6, 2012

I really liked this place. It's a great location just off Grafton street in central Dublin. The restaurant is spotlessly clean, the staff seem to like their role and are happy to serve professionally and enthusiastically. You order from a check list with a pencil so you know exactly what you are getting and choose all your ingredients. The burgers are tasty, freshly cooked, nicely presented and very good quality. It's a simple, fast dining experience and it really does deliver. They have all kinds of special offers, particularly at lunchtime and they are child and groups friendly. There are a lot of bad burger joints in this area but this place bucks the trend and stands out. You wont be disappointed and your wallet wont be much lighter when you leave - great value and a bit of fun!!

“Cheap and cheerful but service lacking”
Reviewed September 16, 2012 via mobile

I love the food here, cheap and cheerful. However, the last few times I have been here, the staff have been quite rude. It's such a pity because I love everything else about the place.

“Burgers with a most welcome twist!”
Reviewed August 26, 2012

Very yummy burgers. Like the fact you can choose from a wide selection, but still get a plain burger if you like - no pressure! The market selection option is no longer available and is still on the menu - so my only complaint was that they could update this easily by printing new selection sheets. The sharer portion of chips and rings could easily have done for four hungry people. I got a beef burger with mature irish cheddar with grilled onions, green chillies and dried cranberries. Very tasy, can't wait to go back! Although please turn off MTV - no one likes the music and it's distracting having a TV in a restaurant.
