Went for a wander in a couple of weeks ago to have a look around, the whole place is interesting and pleasant to have a walk around and walked around the WB Yeats exhibit, which was very interesting and nicely laid out.

“Library exhibitions”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 16, 2013

We enjoyed a tour of both current exhibitions in the national Library, the Lockout and the W.B. Yeats. Both were very interesting and well presented. They are both self guided. We were also shown the Reading room and learned the history of the building. There is a service for those seeking to trace their ancestors. the library is a reference library and holds many resources for those engaged in research.

I walked through the exhibit about labor lockouts and strikes and was impressed with the exhibit and artifacts on display.

“An interesting detour from Trinity College”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 2, 2013

Found the library by hapenstance, and what a great surprise. During our visit they had a exhibit of the works, life etc. of William Butler Yeats, which was captivating. Had intended to spend more time at Trinity College, but got so engrossed in this exhibit that we barely had time for a short visit to the college. The library in general is worth visiting for many other reasons and if this exhibit is an indication of what they do all the time it definitively merits a visit.
