“Once again Dublin !”
Reviewed September 6, 2013

It's the third time i have been to Dublin . O Used to stay at The Croke Park Hotel, An Excelente hotel but a little bit too far from City center. So i decided to stay in another hotel, just in City center. And it was just good!! In temple Bar you have to try it! We are in City center and everything is near us! It is not an excelent hotel but it is nearby everything! It is good to enjoy and redescover Dublin!

We spent 4 nights here in June 2013. It was our first trip to Dublin and I couldn't be happier with our choice to stay here. It is walking distance to everything you want to see in Dublin. We had a great 3 bed room in the back of the hotel. Nice and quiet at night even though we were located at the heart of the Temple Bar district. We will definitely stay here again!

Room Tip: Rooms in the back of the hotel will be quieter.

Stayed here in July 2013, bought a deal which included an "executive room" and glass of prosecco upon arrival. Arrived at 1430 and had to wait 40mins for room. Room was basic and stank of tobacco smoke. Only one window would open and it was extremely warm in room. Bathroom was very dated. Would only recommend staying here for location and and if a cheap deal was available.

We stayed at the Temple Bar Hotel on our first night in Dublin. It was in a fantastic location. A really convenient place with lots to do in a very lively area. The room was very clean. Bathroom quite big. Only drawback was our room looked out on an alley and it was a little noisy but we would definitely stay there again. Staff at the front desk were very helpful.

Stayed here 5-6 years ago and had a good experience. Not so this time! Requested non smoking room, heavy smell of smoke and ashtray on the table. Noise from adjoining dance club until 2 am, forget a good nights sleep. Location is great but will stay somewhere else on my next trip. Too much money for an old outdated hotel.

A good place to stay in the Temple Bar area. The Breakfast is good and gets you started for the day. The rooms are small but comfortable. The Hotel is clean, and staff is helpful. Recommend staying here to be where the action is.

You can't ask for a better location that Temple Bar. My boyfriend and I spent one night to attend a concert in the Olympia theatre and it was literally a 2 minute walk away in a street lined with dozens of bars and restaurants. Trinity College, Grafton Street, O'Connell Street and St Stephen's Green are also all within walking distance.
Upon checking out, there was a very handy service where we could leave our bags there for the day while we went exploring the city or just a euro per bag.
We had heard a lot of people talk about a high level of noise but whether it was a quiet night or we were in a quiet part of the hotel, we heard no outside noise at all (though the air-con was a bit loud). My only complaint was that the bathroom lock was jammed, but it wasn't a major problem.
We didn't risk driving into the city but there is parking right across the road.
