Excellent stay yet again. Iv stayed in this hotel many times before and would recommend it to anyone. Excellent service from start to finish. A perfect location for my trip, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Fantastic evening meal and buffet breakfast.

The location is very good if you are going to the aviva stadium (which we were). When we arrived there were no rooms availble but the staff were very pleasant and allowed us to leave our bags. We had dinner at the hotel and the food was very good i particularly enjoyed the sticky toffee pudding which i had for desert the only thing i would say is it need more toffee sauce!!! Breakfast was very good and there was a large variety of food! Would definately stay again!

We really had a nice stay in this hotel. The room was simple but very clean. Same the bathroom. Staff was really helpful. The hotel is 10 mins by taxi far from the city centre and 25 mins from the airport. I'll definotely recommend this hotel

We have visited this Hotel for the first time for New Year's Eve and we were extremely disappointed. When we entered the dining room, we noticed the room was full of smoke, it was as if the extractors were not working well. The service provided at the table was too fast, as if the waiters wanted to get rid of the people, and we had to ask them to slow the service down. People said to us that they were short of staff for the night. The entertainment for the night, considering it was New Years eve was definitely not/or how we expected it to be. Another thing we noticed was that close to midnight there were less people helping at the bar then during other times, which made it difficult to get drinks close to the count down. In the morning, for breakfast, it was not clear if at the bench you would be server, or you should serve yourself breakfast. The whole place shouted chaos and confusion.

We have escalated our concerns to the hotel management, which took a defensive stand and no appreciation of constructive criticism, which to us raises doubts about the service not just at this hotel, but other hotels in the group.

We stayed here for 5 days and only have good things to say about the hotel. Staff very friendly, room was clean and bright, bedroom steward very pleasant. Bistro food downstairs very good. We didn't dine in the restaurant (too much going on in town), but from what we saw of the buffet, it seemed good value. There is an undercover smoking area outside, and as a smoker myself, it was great to be able to take a coffee/tea out there, away from everyone (who could moan about it) and not get cold or wet as it is downstairs so the wind doesn't catch you.

The drilling from the upgrade of floor 2 and 6 happened between 9am and 6pm, so as we were already up at this time, and only coming back to catch the end of it, could have been a bit off putting if we intended to stay in all day........ but who goes to Dublin to sit in their hotel room?

It's only €10 into town by taxi, or you could do what we did and catch the Number 4 or 7 outside the hotel for €2.35 (every 10 minutes,exact fare) and get into town in 10/15 minutes. We could probably have saved some money getting a return ticket but either way it was good value.

Would definitely stay there again as their rates are very competitive.

Room Tip: If the drilling from the renovations are likely to disturb you during the day, ask for a room away from the noise. It might all be finished by now anyway. Don't do what one awful guest did, and scream at the top of your lungs in the reception area. Poor receptionist.... I really felt for her.
