The Dublin Hilton is a lovely hotel. The rooms were furnished tastefully with a huge plasma, comfy bed, lots of pillows and complementary Crabtree & Evelyn toiletries. Like other reviewers, our room was facing the tram tracks, and so could hear the tram turning everytime. Slightly annoying, but when you're only there for a couple of nights, it can be forgiven.
Breakfast was served in the dining room and offered a selection of cold and hot food. Great selection of mini pastries! During peak times, it can be a bit of a wait for a table, with a lot of hustle and bustle in the dining room. So try and avoid peak times if you're after a relaxing, quiet breakfast.
If you're catching the bus from the airport, get off at lower leeson street, from which you'll have to walk along the water to get to the hotel. Inspite of the distance to Grafton street, I'd stay here again. Staff were courteous, always smiling and willing to help. Hilton service at its best!More
