Just to say a big thank you to management for our lovely stay at this cosy and comfortable hotel. We were well looked after and had a really enjoyable stay in the city. This hotel is ideal for anyone who wishes to tour Dublin or even for a shopping trip as everything is so close by. The bar food is excellent and the bar itself is full of interesting and strange items. Look out for the spider.

It is in a excellent location but it's very Unsiteful so the floor has holes, the carpet is folding up at the edges, there is no skirting boards, there is wires all over the place, we were in a room with a press which it looks like a trap door as if someone could come into your room, bathroom is little, couldnt look further into it as so distressed!! The bed was like two broken beds put together !!! Over all I could not sleep there the window we had a pile of pipes and fags outside it !!!
They were quiet helpful when we complained about the state, they gave us a full refund mius the deposit!
We didn't stay the night.

The hotel is in very bad condition. The rooms and bathrooms need a renovation. We were a party of 6 girls and in one room the mattress was so bad, you could feel each spring coming out and sticking into your back. The windows are of very poor quality and old, you here the noise from the streets all morning, beginning with waste collection at about 5 am. The staff was not very helpful, when we complaint about the mattress, they just said, housekeeping wasn't there anymore and we had to wait till the next morning to get the mattress changed. Can't say anything about the breakfast, as we booked room only. The hotel is located right in the city centre just around the courner of the main shopping areas and pubs and clubs are nearby. However the area is a bit dodgy.

Very positive to mention is the staff at the pub downstairs, which doesn't really belong to the hotel, but is connected somehow. The staff there is very helpful and friendly.

I stayed there overnight with my partner on a saturday night, the night before the all ireland football final so hotel rooms were hard to find. It has a great location, just off O'Connell street. It was cheap considering the weekend that was in it.

The room had a terrible view, it could seriously have done with a refurb but there was a bed and a small ensuite bathroom. It was by no means luxurious but It had all we needed for the night.

Only major complaint was the walls are paper thin and all the floorboards in the hotel are squeaky, i was woken during the night by our neighbour who had forgotten his key and couldn't wake the other person staying with them, the reception is not manned during the night so he just kept banging til they woke up.

There was no hot water in the taps but the shower worked. The bed wasn't overly comfy either.

We would stay there again simply for the location, it was adequate for our needs.

Perfect for that short break, great location, not the most modern hotel but nice and clean. An elevator or a helper for the luggage would be sometimes very nice. Overall my experience was quite good. Bar in the Hotel had great music down in the bar. Would definitely go back and stay at hotel and recommend to anyone.
