We spent two nights at Glenogra in September, 2004. We had a very comfortable room, with lots of amenities not normally found in a typical B&B, and the area was very quiet. Breakfasts were wonderful, including several menu choices not often found in B&B settings - the smoked salmon and scrambled eggs was my favourite! The staff were very friendly and helpful. It is about a 30 minute walk from down town Dublin, but pleasant enough on a nice day and there is a DART station nearby for not-so-pleasant days. There are also several good restaurants within a few minutes walk. We highly recommend this guest house. It is an especially good value with the bed and breakfast rate. We would definitely stay here again.
