A very good hotel, very well located and fantastic customer service. The room (triple) was not very roomy, but it fit perfectly.
You can walk to anywhere in Dublin from this hotel, and good access to public transport (bus stop to the airport is right outside the hotel :))

10 of our closest friend and my wife and i went to Dublin for 3 days .
the whole trip from home to hotel was problem free .the hotel was so good it took us by surprise .the hotel room (a twin) was clean fresh and pretty quiet for a city hotel.we all had an evening meal in the hotel restaurant ,the value was good and the food was better ,nobody in our party had a bad word to say about the hole stay. out side was the main street of Dublin the bars were to numerous to mention .we (wife and I ) are looking to go back for a longer stay in august 2013c,we hope to stay in the same hotel it was that impressive

We stayed at this hotel a few days ago en route to Paris. The hotel's amenities are rather decent for a European hotel and it should be noted that the room was Extremely Clean!! The beds are wonderfully comfortable; even better than what we have here in Paris. Charlotte at the front desk was very helpful. Two problems, though: We asked for a quiet room and got a rowdy crowd next door on our very first night flying in from the US. The front desk was completely responsive and Murphy's law-- after I called, the party seemed to stop. The second problem I had was not so much the hotel's fault, but the fact that the buffet breakfast in the morning was completely overrun by a couple of tour groups. They swarmed the place like flies and made all the food disappear in short order. It was disorderly and the staff seemed a little confused how to get a handle on the large crowd.

The location of the hotel is convenient to a number of places to eat, but not so much for touring. If you are looking for that sort of thing, I would suggest maybe staying in the Temple Bar or Christ Church area; the surrounding location there seems a bit more upscale. We witnessed some shady characters around the corner of O'Connell St. and sad to see several lurking homeless. If you are a family visiting Dublin, I might suggest a different location or maybe even away from the center of Dublin if you require a quiet night's rest.

Room Tip: Don't go out too far after dark. If you have an early flight to catch, plan on taking a taxi...

Stayed here for 3 nights on a family trip to Dublin and the hotel couldn't have really been in a better location. Perfect for strolling around, seeing the sights and shopping. Hotel was clean, friendly and staff were helpful. My room wasn't exactly massive for a twin bed but it was nonetheless a decent size and comfortable, with all the standard facilities you would expect plus the added bonus of free wifi aswell. Only tiny criticism would have been the gym. We used it one morning and the equipment was pretty worn but on the whole I'd have no hesitation in recommending this place to anyone looking for decent and affordable accomodation in the heart of Dublin.

The hotel is very good, the room was spacious (compared to other hotels in the Dublin City Centre), very clean, with a safe in the room. The only down side was that the room I stayed in didn't have a fridge. Other than that, very good, spacious bathroom, free wi-fi, and the hotel is situated right in the City Center, has a stop in front of it for the Airlink (the express bus to the Airport) and another stop for the Dublin Bus Tour. I totally recommend this to everyone. I mention that I went there for 4 nights and I payed 298 Euro for all 4 nights, excluding the breakfast (which I thought was too expensive, 9.9 Euro per person, and didn't include much).

The hotel is centrally located close to the Dublin Spire. The Temple Bar area and Trinity College are about 10 minutes on foot. Check-in was fast en friendly. The elevators can only be called with a room key (but you can use the stairs without one). The corridors are a bit gloomy and the rooms are not very big and a bit gloomy as well. The bed was comfortable, the shower clean and the WiFi is free and has a decent speed.
The breakfast was chaotic and the people working there seemed a bit stressed. This was the worst part of the experience here. Overall a nice and central place and OK for a couple of days.
