I stayed in July and was asked to pre authorise the room for with my card for €50. after checking out of hotel and paying for my room I noticed when I arrived home that on my bank statement I had been charged twice , once for pre authorisation and once for the room payment. After contacting the hotel numerous times to explain the error they have denied all knowledge. After 2 months of discussions with the bank and the hotel the hotel finally admitted they were at fault and said they would refund the €50. 3 Weeks later They have still not refunded the money and are now not returning my emails . I am very disappointed at the poor service recieved and advise all guests to pay the room upfront and don't let them take a pre authorisation.
