Stayed here with hubby and daughter and found hotel to be excellent. great location for shopping. Bar was very comfortable and we only had breakfast which was also very good. We had a large comfortable room with double bed and two singles. Will be back again soon

We had a lovely stay at this Hotel from the 8th Nov to the 11th, Room was good size clean and comfy and the breakfast was delicious,Staff were great and the Bar sold the best pint of Guiness I tasted during my stay in Dublin. Within walking distance of all attractions and places of interest, could not fault this Hotel better than a three star in my opinion.

Room Tip: Trinity Colleage and Gaol are a must, also try the old storehouse in temple bar area.

The hotel was lovely, the staff can't do enough for you. We had one problem with the shower which we called reception about and it was sorted within the hour. Every day we went out and would come back to fresh towels and the beds made by housekeeping. The food is delicious very high standard. The hotel itself is very warm and homely and the bed was soo comfy! There is 24hr reception and the residents bar even stays open until 1.30am! The hotel is right on the main road for shopping in dublin so we were able to go shopping and then drop our stuff of and be back out within minutes! I cannot recommend this hotel enough. We will be back without a shadow of a doubt!

Just spent 2 nights and 3 days in Cassidy's. this was our second visit to the hotel and would recommend it. It was snug, warm and bed was so comfy. Food excellent and staff great. It is so convienent to the shopping areas and if you get tired you can return with your purchases, have a rest and go out again and you are back in the middle of the shops again. Very quiet if you are at the back. Never stayed in a front room so I do not know if you can hear the traffic.
Will be back for sure

Very good location for the sights and shopping in Dublin.

Hotel rooms a little tired, the shower never worked despite promises to fix it, the double bed was very small just 4ft.

Recommend visits to the Guinness factory, Jameson Whisky factory and the jail. Also buy a two day bus pass, saves a fortune. Hop on, hop off.

Room Tip: Find one that has a shower that works!! and off to the back of the hotel. Traffic quite noisy after...

Could not fault a thing. Very warm welcome from reception staff and as we arrived early, we were able to leave our luggage whilst we went off to explore the city. We requested a quiet room and were allocated a lovely room towards the back of the hotel. We had fabulous Irish breakfasts and ate dinner on our first night at the hotel, all were delicious. This hotel is in a very good location, handy for the airport buses, the hop on, hop off buses and easy walking distance to most places. Very helpful and friendly staff. We would certainly stay at this hotel again. Lovely place

The hotel was clean, cosy and in an ideal location. It is roughly a 10 minute walk into Temple Bar and therefore perfectly situated. We didn't eat in the hotel but there are lots of nearby places to grab some food, we particular recommend The Bakehouse on Bachelors Walk! The staff here are very helpful and friendly and the rooms were cleaned daily. This is a basic hotel but I would definitely recommend as it was well priced!
