My wife and I stayed over St Patricks weekend and found the hotel friendly and in a very good location for all the things we wanted to do! I felt that the only minor concern I had was with the breakfast which I would say wasnt up to the standard of a four star but was certainly plentiful. The hotel was very warm and there was no way of controlling the temperature. I would recommend the Trinity Capital as the positives far outweigh the negatives!

We have just arrived back from a fantastic st oatricks day weekend in Dublin. The hotel itself is in walking distance of trinity college, grafton street and temple bar and is just around the corner from the coach to the airport. We had a double room overlooking the courtyard and the view was lovely. My main issue was that the bed was two single beds pushed together and for the price we paid for the hotel I expected a little bit more. We also ordered room service which was average and when checking out a number of charges for drinks had been added to the bill. The girl at reception was happy to deduct these once we had explained they were not our charges to incur.

Stayed here for three nights over the first weekend in March as we had tickets to see The Script at the O2. Landed at Dublin airport and got the aircoach to the city centre which dropped us off on the corner of trinity college this was only a 3 minute walk from the hotel. Check in was quick and easy, very helpful and friendly reception staff. Entered our room and was blown away by the cleanliness! The view from our window (Room 241) wasn't great, just the wall of the building opposite, this would bother some people, but we didn't come to Dublin to sit in the room and look out of our window. Went to Temple Bar on our first night which was a 5 minute walk, nice and close but not too close so the noisy bustling streets didnt disturb our sleep! Second day went for a walk down to Grafton Street which was also only 5 minutes walk away. Had a couple of drinks in the hotel bar during our stay but was disappointed not to queeze a meal in the hotel restaurant into our busy schedule, or to wake early enough for breakfast as the beds were so comfy! (and the late nights in temple bar tired us out!). The maid set our room twice during our stay and both times did a fantastic job!
This hotel is a credit to Dublin, fantastic value in an ideal location for pretty much everything! Would recommend to anyone!

Loved the decor loads of interesting furniture, in the lobby a multitude of quirky chairs which gives hotel great character, location is fantastic walking distance of all main streets and most transport, We had family room two single beds and double. the room was huge and in the bathroom the toilet was separate which was unusual but clever.Clean and warm with air conditioning or heating if needed, extremely comfortable beds. Check in was quick considering how busy hotel was. It is fantastic value for money as others with worse locations were same price and you save money on taxi fares being so central. We were attending a concert in the O2 and luas is walking distance. The staff were friendly, considerate and aware of the needs of customers and all seemed happy in their work. On checkout they volunteered to hold our luggage for day which really saved our arms as we were leaving Dublin evening time, great hotel will be staying here definitely on my next trip up
