“A Super Hotel”
Reviewed November 8, 2012

We had the pleasure of staying in the very modern, stylish and trendy Morgan Hotel. The Hotel is situated in the heart of Dublin City and is in walking distance to most of the major and tourist areas of the City. Our Room ( 320 ) was of exceptional quality and standard. The view from the windows is " not the most scenic " but we pulled the curtains and beauty was restored. The friendliness and efficiency of the staff, made it a most memorable stay ( even for one night ). From the check-in with Bevin to the Bar, where we served by Rachael, Ricardo and Alin, the Morgan oozed Cead Mile Failte ( a Hundred Thousand Welcomes ). Last but not least Mr. Dave Schneider ( Guest Relations Manager ) made us so welcome during our stay and assured us of his availability, if needed. The Hotel is owned Mr. Paul Fitzpatrick whose" watchful eye " ensures an Hotel of impeccable standards. Many thanks Morgan - we will be back

Great location in the middle of Temple area. Handy to everything. A little noisey at night but kept the door to the balcony closed. A good spacious very modern room. Bathroom with a shower over the bath, water pressure not too good. A kettle for making tea and coffee was provided.

We stayed for one night at this hotel! This is the second time we used this hotel! It's close to the Olympia theatre! The rooms r modern clean and walking distance to most of dublins attractions! There is a lot of noise from temple bar at night if ur a light sleeper but this didn't bother me as its only for one night! Would stay here again!

A group of six of us stayed at the Morgan for one night on the saturday the 26th of October. We went for my brother in-laws 30th birthday celebrations. The hotel staff were very helpful on arrival and the hotel itself is very contemporary and stylish. I was abit disappointed to find there was no pool facilities in this hotel and I feel it's abit misleading on the website but that is my only complaint!
The bar is a great night out, from funky house to a bongo player, the music is ace with a good atmosphere. Drinks are pricey but if u stay in the hotel there is a slight reduction.
Good night with a bit of a headache the next day to prove it!!!!

Stayed here on business for 2 nights. Located in the middle of Temple Mead, good location if you want to be in the centre of the action and within the tourist area. However it can be noisy and you can hear club music into the early hours, so avoid here if you want a good night sleep.

The rooms have a minimalistic feel, although clean they lack warmth and a home feel.

Breakfast choice was good. Overall okay stay but nothing special.

I stayed here with my partner for one night over the bank holiday weekend and it was our second time staying here. The receptionist welcomed me back and was very friendly both checking in ad out. The hotel itself is in a prime location, Temple Bar has some really great restaurants and bars and the hotel staff are able to make a few suggestions too. The decor of the foyer is really funky and chic, a real boutique hotel. The room was just lovely - white and very clean - as was the bathroom. The bed was so comfortable too, and the design in the room was in keeping with the really cool, modern style of the hotel. All in all, I really love this hotel and would recommend it. We stayed here in May 2012 also, and we will definitely be back again.

Retro hotel in a funky part of town, stayed mid week and had a great room, great service and friendly staff, no issues with noise pollution although maybe on the weekend but in fairness what else do you expect when you are staying in the heart of the Dublin party quater, all in all a fantastic quirky and a gem of a hotel in Templars crown.

Room Tip: Try to barter it's fun and you maybe surprised.
