“Curry Barking Mad”

Really top notch Nepalese Food - Reasonably priced - City Centre Location - Very friendly genuine service - Top marks - Had a great meal and I am a "fussy git" when it comes to Indian food - lived & loved Indian (esp Nepalese) food in London for years - Dining room nothing special but food more than compensates. Highly recommended

“Great Indian food in the City Centre”
Reviewed March 15, 2013

I really enjoyed my visit to Diwali Restaurant in Dublin. The flavour is really like to be eating in India but in a bit more sophisticated ambience. The menu has good choices for vegetarians and not vegetarians, the staff is absolutely friendly and they will guide u if u are new trying Indian food.
The only thing u will not find there is TALI, honestly is a shame coz I really, really love tali, but i suppose is not very cost effective for any restaurant in Dublin to offer that (u will be not able to find tali around Dublin).
Dont need a reservation to go there.

“Diwali ...forever”
Reviewed March 14, 2013

I spotted this restaurant while on the bus (during our holiday in Dublin) We love Indian food so decided that we will try it the next day. With no reservation and full house we were lucky to be given a table. Starter dishes were of a good portion and main dishes were also of a very good portion and more importantly VERY good. The naan bread - Hats Off !! The service was wonders and all the staff were wearing smiles. The prices are slightly higher than what we usually pay in Malta for similar dishes (although at Diwali portions were bigger) BUT all worth it. We enjoyed it so much that we ate lunch at Diwali on the following day (on our last day of our holiday)
