Hotel room was clean and cozy. Wifi signal was weak in our room but good in lobby area. Due to the noisy nightclubs across the street, recommend getting a room at the back of the hotel. Not a bad walk to Trinity College, Temple Bar and other tourist areas. It is a long walk to Guinness but doable.

Stayed in room 22 with 2 friends for 2 nights and I would definitely recommend.
The hotel is in a prime location no more than 5 minutes walk to Grafton st and approximately 10-15 minutes to Temple Bar.
Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable with tea and coffee facilities.
The only down side is the noise from the club opposite, this was not an issue for myself but kept my friend awake, so I'd recommend requesting a room at the back of the hotel.
Hotel has a nice comfortable lounge area with a computer and piano.
The complementary wifi was much appreciated and very quick!
Overall a great deal booked via Expedia.

The fact that I am writing this review from my bedroom at 5 in the morning should pretty much tell you all you need to know.

Down in Dublin to see Billy Connolly at the gaiety. Dont know Dublin that well and the hotel looks good on the website and you can't argue with the location. However the close proximity to several nightclubs has caused some issues. There have been horns blaring in the street below since about two this morning. Even now at ten past five there are still a few going off.

Now yes you are in a city centre however on a thursday evening this is not what you expect.

Room Tip: If you are coming to dublin for a night out. Can't argue with the hotel. If you want to sleep no...

Stayed here for one night on a visit to Dublin to see friends and found it to be ideal. My friends were planning a meal in temple bar and a night out on Harcourt Street, so the location couldn't have been better!
It's within walking distance of St. Stephen's Green and Grafton Street, so great for any type of visitor. However, if you want to ensure a good night's sleep, request a room at the back of the hotel as I did, as the street gets very noisy with the nightclubs opposite.
Great value for what we needed and the staff were friendly.

The service was great, the guy at the reception was very friendly and helped us with our car parking. bringing a discount voucher up to our room.
The room was very clean and comfortable.
it was a quiet night's sleep, even though it is in the heart of dublin.
The breakfast was great.

Room Tip: I rang as ariving in order to find out about the car park, however got directed to the wrong one and...

We had a nice room at the back of the hotel. The walls are quite thin but that did not affect us too much. Staff were good and excellent breakfast. Very enjoyable stay and good location.would re=visit if in Dublin again.

The room was small and clean. The walls are paper thin and the windows single glazed, so we could hear the people in the next room talking, and the rest....! Also the noise levels from the club near by kept us awake for an hour in the middle of the night. It was not expensive and very central...so if this is ok for your needs...it is grand. Oh and car space for only one occupant of the room, so you have to use a near by car park which brings up the price. I haven't slept in a bed with a blanket rather than a duvet in I don't know how long!
