Nice budget accommodation, friendly staff, nice large clean and warm room. Massive bathroom and loads of hot water. Staff were friendly and helpful. Easy to get back to airport and good walk into middle of Dublin shopping area.

Stayed two nights (2 rooms - husband and self on 4th floor, sister on first floor).
Good value because they do cater for singles, all rooms en suite (though single room a bit small), cooked breakfast (provided you don't want to leave before 7.30 am). Excellent showers - lots of hot water. It's a very big hotel, and you might want to check which floor they've put you on. We're late fifties and fit, but that last flight of stairs to our bedroom was a bit of a struggle. Staff on reception helpful and friendly, check in and out efficient. Would have preferred heating to come on earlier and stay on for longer. Rooms not very warm first thing in the morning and last thing at night. Very central, so plenty of places to eat nearby, and close to shops, buses and hop on hop off tour. And the river.

I have stayed here four times now. Receptionist and staff very friendly. Rooms are very clean but a bit tired. Breakfast is adequate but would prefer if the bacon was not deep fried! Building is centrally located and very good value for money. I will stay again but remember not to expect a five star experience.

for the money this was good value, room clean and tidy, breakfast was excellent, staff were very obliging and friendly, the only downside were the stag and hen parties staying, it isn't funny to be woken constantly through the night as they came back screaming and shouting like young kids. check if any groups are staying before booking.
