A gem in the city. It has a lake in the middle which had swans on it and several pagodas. The grounds were well kept; no litter at all, and really well manicured lawns.

Since Dublin doesn't have so many green surfaces, this big park practically in the city centre is a welcome break from all the brick and concrete. We were there in December and January, so it wasn't as green, but it's still a beautiful park to stroll around or sit and rest for a while. You can see all sorts of birds around the long pond, there a re statues and monuments, a playground for kids. Even if you don't make it a must see stop, just walk through the park on your way to somewhere else.

My wife and I walked around this park on a sunny January day. It felt like it was hidden away as we stumbled across it. It has a lake in the middle which had swans on it... several pagodas where I imagine in the summer, they'll be filled with entertainers.

The grounds were well kept; no litter at all. Felt like it was a safe park to hang out.

Lovely quiet space away from the hectic city centre traffic. Lots of birds on the ponds and wide range of flora, even in January. Well worth a visit and chill out and very close to the Grafton Street shopping area.

Anyone who plan for a visit in Dublin city must visit St Stephens Green Park which is located in city centre. Not only because of the greenery and it's beautiful landscape you could witness the livelihood of people who are rushing for work or back home, students, lovely couple's, kids playing around, tourist's and a lot. I must say how the mother nature is being treated by its own warmth, you would visit and understand your own. This Green Park is just beside Grafton street which is an another attraction, having a street market which connects to city centre. There you will find the Irish specialities in shopping. It's a large park with many exit or entrance pointing towards multiple areas of city. I witnessed a pleasant evening and a beautiful morning, both having different fragrance of life experience especially, the birds and squirrels playing around. Mindfulness of Happy in return.
