The oldest pub in Dublin - great atmosphere and good pub food. Outside and inside tables available - be sure to book the Irish Folklore Story night.

This pub was on our list of go-to places and we found it accidentally when walking back to town after the Guinness tour. What a cool and interesting place. It's very cozy and has a good amount of outdoor seating. We LOVED the Guinness & Beef stew in Yorkshire pudding so much, that went back again for more before leaving Dublin. It's easy to get to via one of the Hop on Hop off bus stop locations.

Loved the story telling. Learned about the history of Ireland - great music too. Very crowded bar area, but lots of energy.

Had the Bangers and Mash. Good sized portions for the price. Service was very good, very prompt. Very interesting place to go, many things to look at whilst you wait.
They are also affiliated with The Foggy Dew and M O'Brien's. Will be trying lots of places, but I would definitely come back here!

If you want the genuine pub experience this is it! We had bangers and mash and also mussels - with lots of beer of course. Was really great. Lot's of great memorabilia on the walls. Service was outstanding as well. Lot's of options for live music here as well.
