Bar massive but empty so no atmosphere; poor selection of beers but staff very helpful and attentive. Rooms average, very clean but bath small (in king size room). Guy hoovering bar long before closing .. still 20 people in but cleared bar by doing this.reception not very informative, we booked special access to lounge but we had to return to reception and ask specifically for details - not what you expect from 4 star hotel. No offering of info re breakfast times etc. Will not be back.

Stayed here with my parents during a trip to Dublin. On check in I was disappointed not to get the promised cookie, but otherwise was efficient. Rooms very comfortable and spacious. Only complaint was that I had requested a high floor (which was not granted), and functions on 2 nights kept me awake. It was also a shame that despite it being a high quality hotel, the decision was taken to keep floors open while being refurbished.

I stayed at the same hotel last year and thought it was excellent, this year however was a big disappointment. The menu has been reduced and so has the quality of food. From room service I was given a portion of chips that were spilled all over the tray, the wrong food and some "chunky chips" that were raw in the middle. At breakfast I was not offered tea/coffee twice and when I ordered two fried eggs they didnt turn up. The room I was given had the constant drown of the kitchen extractors, so was too noisy to have the window open.

This hotel is newly remodeled. I couldn't find any complaints about it. The gym is amazing, breakfast is great, rooms are very modern. Free wifi, everything in the hotel is new and the staff was all friendly. No complaints at all. Location is pretty good, it will take you about 20 minutes to walk to the temple bar area.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel four nights in April of 2014. Room was clean and comfortable. There is a 24/7 exercise room which I used every day. The view from the exercise room is of the Dublin Mountains and it is a gorgeous view - good work out room - machines and free weights. We had breakfast every morning in the hotel and it was a complete hot Irish breakfast - lots of choices and food was quite good. We also ate dinner one night at the bar/pub attached to the restaurant and were quite satisfied with the food.

Room Tip: Our room was on the side of the hotel and the window overlooked the roof - room was fine - as we onl...

Stayed here over the Easter bank holiday weekend and the hotel was very busy. The rooms are clean and comfortable with a great range of tv channels and a fridge which was so handy! The bar food was really nice but unfortunately the atmosphere in the bar was poor probably due to the lighting and large area which it covered. Breakfast was nice with a large variety of options available in buffet style. The hotel has recently been renovated and as a result looks great but lacks personal touch. Huge hotel so be prepared for a trek to your room after you leave the elevator!
